The Pitch
Hello, my name is Jose, I am a computer programmer and I have an idea that I want to develop with your aid, the idea intends to resolve a problem that exists all over the world, for which the idea can have a global impact.
Although it has a global impact, initially could be developed in the English language and spanish, that are the languages that I dominate the best, then I could emigrate the idea to other languages so that the idea has a greater reach.
I live in a residential that has 40 apartments, and we have a board of directors or group of people that are responsible for everything related to the common areas, some of them the gas supply, garden, parking, stairs and recreation area maintenance, the contract and monitoring of security or vigilant, the payment of services of the common as water, energy, payroll, among others things.
To cover all these expenses the residential one should charge every month a quantity agreed of money to the boarders and proprietary and is here where the problem begins, since the board of directors should control the incomes and the expenses, to report a detail of the results every month, the balance of the cash, to deliver receipts of incomes to the apartments that pay, and to take control of the finances.
Normally this is handmade or in excel and I know of residential that have had problems with the people that handles the money, they have lost money, also I know of cases of renters that have paid faithfully its monthly quota, but the board of directors handles the collections of form disorganized and they publish false reports of boarders that supposedly owe quotas when they really don’t.
Impact
It is here where I come with my idea, to resolve all of these problems with a web application that allows to the residential to take control of his finances , fast, simple and inexpensively.
The initial part covers the design and the web application starts, in the future I will proceed to create a mobile application for android, iphone, ipad or another popular device in the market, with the objective that other business working on the administration of residential, have a tool or mobile application that they can handle with their smartphone to consult, register or print information (payment receipts) during their visits to the residential.
For this idea to be real I need to develop the web application, hardware to host it , internet so that they can be able to access from anywhere and a little publicity via social networks.
I am 100% sure that the project will be successful, since several people and residential have shown interest. Help me with this idea, the world is full of nonprofit people dedicated, out of their work time, to organize "without tools" the finances of their residentials , I know we can help this people and improve the performance of them with your aid.
The project is of global reach and needs to spread via social networks and will be very helpful for all of us.
